Comment Policy

I encourage your comments on FutureJerry, and hope you will join the discussions. I review all comments before they’re posted, and those that are off-topic are deleted. I also expect a basic level of civility; disagreements are fine, but mutual respect is a must, and inappropriate language is not allowed.

More specifically, the following will be deleted:

Potentially libelous comments
Obscene or sexually explicit comments
Hateful or mean-spirited comments
Using fictitious names or another person’s identity
Personal attacks, insults, or threatening language
Plagiarized material or that which violates intellectual property rights
Private, personal information published without consent
Commercial or personal promotions or spam
Comments or a link to material that is off topic
Comments that embed images from external sources
Attempts to game the system to achieve “ranking”
Comments that violate any law

By posting any comments, posts or other material on FutureJerry, you give the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your submission for any purpose in any form and on any media.

Finally, you agree that you will indemnify me against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.

Although these definitions establish the general rules, just in case I missed something, I reserve the right to delete any comment for any reason and, in extreme cases, terminate a user’s access.
